Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest request efficiently.
Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a friendly and efficient check-in experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Delivery (wood, ice, store goods, etc)
- Escort late arrivals to there site, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Shut down amenities per scheduled time (pools, playground)
- Address any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy, escalating when necessary.
- Patrol / rounds throughout your shift ensuring quite time and making sure campers don't get to loud.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is required.
- Familiarity with campground operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest information and requests.
- A passion for providing outstanding guest relations and enhancing the overall guest experience.
