Our company is seeking an experienced and responsible individual to serve as our Housekeeping Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supervising a team of housekeeping / facilities staff members and is willing to work closely with staff to ensure that our guests’ rooms are serviced properly. The successful candidate will be a positive leader who is capable of engaging in constructive, team-oriented conversations, and will be up to date with all current health and safety regulations.
START DATE: 4/21/2025 END DATE: 11/5/2025
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of housekeeping & facilities staff.
- Weekly schedule / maintenance reports, cleaning procedures.
- Hiring & training new staff.
- Making weekly schedules.
- Inventory
- Room inspections.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping management and hotel operations.
- Background in housekeeping / Airbnb, cleaning.
- Excellent hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to supervise and train housekeeping staff.
- Knowledge of cleaning and time management.
- Reliable transportation
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
