Coach & Empower – Mentor and support a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of success.
Build Relationships – Strengthen partnerships with distributors and key customers, ensuring Dormer Pramet remains a trusted industry leader.
Drive Business Development – Identify new opportunities, implement targeted sales initiatives, and introduce innovative solutions to customers.
Stay Ahead – Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and maximize impact.
Represent & Engage – Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
What You Bring
✔ Experience: 5 years in sales within the metalworking industry, with leadership or management experience.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of metal removal manufacturing and distribution.
✔ Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze data, set objectives, and implement impactful sales strategies.
✔ People Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, develop, and manage sales teams effectively.
✔ Customer Focus: A relationship-driven approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Location: Flexible within Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee.
