Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and Executing Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Building Strong Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborating with Distributors: Work closely with distributors to optimize sales and provide technical product support.
  • Reporting and Administration: Manage territory planning, sales administrative activities, and reporting.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, business administration, or marketing.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or cutting tools industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
