Job Title: Assisted Living Facility Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our assisted living facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee facility operations: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of care.
- Lead and develop staff: Recruit, train, and supervise caregivers, nurses, and support staff to deliver exceptional services.
- Develop and manage budgets: Create and manage budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and optimal resource allocation.
- Ensure resident satisfaction: Foster a resident-centered environment, prioritizing their needs and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Active Rhode Island Nursing Home Administrator license
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in an assisted living or nursing home setting
