All of this happens at our breathtaking location on the headwaters of the Chesapeake Bay in North East, Maryland. With 150 guest rooms in our lodge and 220 beautiful acres, we offer guests authentic hospitality and the rest and renewal they crave.
Sandy Cove Ministries is seeking a part-time Lobby Attendant to join our team.
The mission of Sandy Cove Ministries is to help people connect with God and each other in order to be transformed into the image of Christ, through His Word, His creation and community.
Overview & Purpose : Provides cleaning for the public bathrooms and general hallways and lobby areas at Sandy Cove by cleaning toilets, mirrors, sinks, mopping, sweeping & vacuuming floors, emptying trash, restocking, cleaning windows and dusting as well as assisting with washing, drying and folding laundry as well as cleaning guest rooms as needed. To maintain clean sanitary bathrooms and lobby areas to create a welcoming environment for guests and staff, while meeting guest needs with a pleasant attitude in order to help them better connect with God and each other.

Work environment : While performing the duties of this job the noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
The employee is expected to adhere to all company policies of Sandy Cove Ministries.
Compensation : Minimum $15.00 / hr. | Maximum $18.00 / hr. Pay Grade 11
Part-Time Employee Benefits : Paid MD Sick time (18 and over), 401(k) with employer match, service awards, meal privileges, attend Sandy cove events free and discounted lodging for staff and immediate family.
