- Sailing Instructors (residential or day only)
- Speedboat Drivers (residential or day only)
- Camp Counselors (residential)

Most weekends are off!
Most positions are for ages 18 (or 17 high school graduates).
Most staff work from early June through mid-August. Free lifeguard training is required and begins on May 29th as part of Waterfront Training Week.

- We are a residential summer camp for children located in North East, MD. Are you open to living on-site at camp during the summer (with room and board provided), or would you prefer a day-only position that involves commuting daily? Please specify your preference below.

- Our summer season runs from May 30 (the start of mandatory waterfront training) through August 8. Most positions require staff to be available for the full season, though most weekends you are off.

If you have any conflicts with training or camp dates, please explain.
- Being a certified lifeguard is a requirement for the Sailing Instructor and Speedboat Driver/Waterski Instructor positions. We offer free lifeguard training at camp during Waterfront Training Week (May 30 – June 6).
However, you must be a strong swimmer to pass the course. The test includes a 500-meter swim using proper stroke technique.
