Job Overview

Duties
- Assist in the creation and management of engaging content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
- Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement Google Ads campaigns and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on implementation and continuous improvement of SEO strategies
- Utilize content management systems such as WordPress, Squarespace and Wix to update website content and optimize user experience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Help analyze data from Google Analytics and SQL databases to inform marketing decisions and improve campaign performance.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives and e-commerce strategies.
Ideal Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with content creation tools and social media platforms is highly desirable (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
- Familiarity with social media algorithms and strategies to grow and engage audiences in a wide variety of niches.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, SEM principles, and e-commerce practices is a plus.
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics or SQL databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges within the marketing field.

This role is mostly remote with local (Cape Cod, Islands and Plymouth) travel required for photo/video shoots.
