Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our seasonal glamping campground team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential or hotel environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and comfort.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, guest rooms, and restrooms/bathhouses, ensuring all spaces are welcoming and hygienic.
• Launder linen and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented for guests or residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and courteously.
• Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance of all flooring types.
• Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting(up to 50lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products used for different surfaces (e.g., floor care, sanitizing).
• A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and organization within assigned areas.
• A base knowledge on driving golf carts. We use them daily to go unit to unit and to clean bathhouses.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
