What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at Sandy Ridge Apartments?
Multi Family apartment complex looking for a maintenance tech to take care of its maintenance needs together with the rest of our team.
You will complete service requests and help get apartments ready for new residents to move into. Ability to work independently is a must. Must be available for on-call rotation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Valid driver's license and own transportation. Must have own tools. Maintain a friendly and customer service oriented approach with coworkers and residents.
GENERAL JOB DUTIES: Plumbing & Electrical knowledge. Must be able to install and repair appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, hot water heaters, interior painting, caulking, drywall repair. HVAC experience a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
