Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and inventory.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to diagnose problems.
- Maintain low voltage systems, ensuring they operate within specified parameters.
- Read and interpret schematics to facilitate repairs and installations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, safety protocols, and technical skills.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, including completed work orders, equipment status, and team performance.
Skills
- Proficient in CMMS for tracking maintenance activities.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Experience with low voltage systems is highly desirable.
