About the Job:
We are currently seeking an experienced Universal Banker to join our team. As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will provide consultative banking services that build trust with clients, identify their financial needs, and recommend tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include assisting with branch operations, delivering exceptional client experiences, achieving sales and production goals, and handling transactions and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily branch operations and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
- Provide a consistently remarkable client experience, representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Identify client financial needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Maintain accurate records and handle transactions efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 6-12 months work experience in sales/service position, preferably in the financial services industry.
- BA Degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred; applicable experience considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and with multiple priorities.
