• Providing expert-level care in ventilator management, nebulizer treatments, EKGs, BIPAP/CPAP, and bedside spirometry
• Operating and maintaining complex respiratory equipment, such as Drager vents and Respironics BIPAP/CPAP
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
• Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• NRP certification (preferred)
• Minnesota state licensure
