Responsibilities
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
- Provide high-quality care that meets the needs of patients and families in your community.
- Work collaboratively with providers to deliver exceptional care and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
