Off-Road Truck Operator
Team member is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of an off-road truck for the purposes of grading operations

Core Duties:
- Be punctual, dependable and professional at all times
- Work with cost effectiveness, profitability and safety in mind
- Lead by example
- Lead the safety effort by recognizing and correcting hazards as soon as they are present
- Arrive at work prior to designated work start time
- Attend daily safety and project coordination meeting
- Proficient in safe operation of Off-Road Truck
- Check fluid levels daily before use
- Unload delivered construction materials
- Ensure equipment stays in clean working order and report any issues to Foreman
- Communicate time away from work with your team leader and other team members with sufficient notice to make plans for changing personnel to focus on the priorities
- Willingness to work hours as required
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively with jobsite supervisors and fellow team members
Education/Training/Certification:
- OSHA Supervisor Training
- Rigger
- Signal Person
- Trenching and Shoring Competent Person
- First Aid/CPR
- Forklift
