Sanford Health is seeking an Addiction Medicine Physician in Bemidji, MN
- The department currently consists of 2 part-time physicians and 1 part-time APP
- Monday-Friday Schedule - No Call
- Medication Assisted Therapy program combines behavioral therapy and medications to treat substance use disorders, including opioids
- Staff includes nursing, social workers, licensed addiction and behavioral health counselors
- Established, comprehensive behavioral health service line with grant to transition to a CCBHC
- Addiction Medicine/Psychiatry Fellowship preferred
- Federally Designated MUA - HPSA Score of 20
Compensation Package
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $255,568 - $330,735 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
