Practice Details
- 7 Family Medicine physicians (one doing C sections), 1 general surgeon, and 3 APPs
- Recruiting for 1 Ob/Gyn
- Surgical OB Call - 1:3
- Family Medicine call is 1:7
- Average of 20-25 patients per day
- Average of 95-120 births annually o 30-35% are C-sections
- Robust hospital surgical department five days a week
- Additional support from Behavioral Health Counselor, Integrated Health Therapist, RN care manager, Substance Use Counselors and Pharmacist
- Nursing home responsibility is shared w/ Medical Directorships available
- ER is staffed by Status Health and surgical emergencies would be handled by on-call provider or transported to Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD, depending on severity
