Job Summary
Works in close collaboration with the Digital Marketing Specialists as part of the Integrated Marketing team. Leverages past experience, digital marketing technologies and best practices to coordinate a comprehensive plan in an effort to increase the reach and performance of digital marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for email and website strategy, along with maintenance for various Sanford Health business units. This position will work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialists, Content Strategists, Integrated Marketing Data Analysts, and the Manager of Digital Marketing to ideate and execute email and website tactics that support key business initiatives. Primary responsibilities for this position will be: creating thoughtful strategy to optimize Sanford Health website properties, ideate and execute various email journeys for campaigns, collaborate with Performance Media to create appropriate campaign landing pages, and partner with the Content team to optimize website content for SEO. A successful candidate in this position will have a strong work ethic, perpetual curiosity, an eye for ways to improve and streamline process and keen attention to detail.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, business administration, computer science or related field.
Minimum of three years’ experience working in related field. Experience working in web CMS platforms, Sitecore preferred. Experience creating and executing email strategies, Hubspot or Salesforce preferred. Knowledge of WCAG and other web standards. Understanding of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and how that relates to conversion optimization. Familiarity with SiteImprove a plus.
Google Certification preferred.
