Job Summary
Measure and fit off-the-shelf and custom fitted orthoses to a customer under a physician's order. Will evaluate, measure (and/or cast) the client when determining the appropriate fitting orthoses products. Will follow the customer input process to qualify the customer and obtain the necessary information and signatures to process orders accurately and efficiently. Update account maintenance and files with all pertinent information. Become knowledgeable of product specialty lines and insurance coverage of that product. Answer the telephone and ask probing questions to screen calls and schedule for the appropriate individual.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience Preferred.
Current valid driver’s license, and must meet all medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category III drivers.
