Sanford Health is seeking a BC / BE Palliative Medicine Physician that is fellowship trained to join our growing team at Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN. The following practice details include :
- Join our palliative care physician, 1 APP and interdisciplinary team members
- Opportunity involves both inpatient and outpatient services
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM; however, schedule can be flexible
- No call requirements at this time, however, this is subject to change in the future
SALARY / COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS PACKAGE

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE) : $219,847 - $284,508 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
