Join a growing team of professionals responsible for rolling out and maintaining phones for an organization with 40,000 endpoints on the Cisco CUCM platforms at one of the top health care companies in the United States.
Job Summary
Provides advanced understanding of the unified communications (UC) infrastructure. This person will technically lead the team responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting Cisco CUCM phone systems. Assists in evaluating new technology and in shaping the long-term strategy. Assists with the technical coordination during outages across the network. Provides expert Tier 3 support for unified communications Cisco technologies. Operational responsibility of unified communications solutions. Ability to work directly with Internal customers to gather information and troubleshoot issues. Engage and collaborate enterprise-wide to support and maintain solutions to enable effective communications tools. Interact directly with the business to assist in providing direction on appropriate usage of unified communication technologies. Provides support and guidance to UC engineer and technician staff.
Must be able to drive to locations requesting services and support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required or five years’ experience related to communication technology.
Valid Driver’s License required. Must maintain a good driving record.
