Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels as needed.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to maintain inventory levels.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to perform various cleaning tasks throughout the day.
