Job Details
General job duties include administration of nuclear imaging procedures, calculation, diagnostic, therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals, and adjunctive medications using a variety of equipment while adhering to safety standards.
Perform quality nuclear medicine imaging examinations with attention to patient care in accordance with department policy and procedure.
Carry out hot lab duties and perform a variety of nuclear medicine studies on inpatients and outpatients of all age groups.
Prepare, measure, and administer radiopharmaceuticals and therapeutically dosages under the direction of a physician.
Employ radiation-detecting equipment to perform patient imaging procedures and monitor patient conditions.
Job Requirements
NMTCB CNMT or ARRT CNMT certification required.
CPR BLS certification required.
ND State License required.
Preferred few years of experience in nuclear medicine.
Schedule Information
M-F 8 : 00AM to 4 : 30PM.
Call every 5 weeks for the week.
Only alone on call but within the hospital with others around.
Unit Specific Information
Unit has 2 rooms for procedures.
Training includes PACS and Epic Training.
