We’re hiring a Search Consultant to join our Permanent Placement Division, specializing in Accounting & Finance searches. The Role:
- Client Development: Build and expand a client base by marketing our services to senior leaders, HR teams, and C-level executives.
- Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment: Develop multi-channel strategies to identify top candidates, maintain talent pools, and leverage job boards, networking, and internal databases.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Engage in sales activities such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach to acquire new clients and business opportunities.
- Portfolio Management: Manage relationships with a portfolio of clients and candidates to ensure ongoing alignment with business needs.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in agency recruiting and/or business development.
- Comfortable with cold-calling and engaging passive candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to succeed.
- Passionate about excelling in a competitive, high-performance environment.
- Ability to work in our Orlando, FL office (this is not a remote position).
