Responsible for all clinic and academy activities specific to designated sporting specialty. Manage the daily activities of all sporting skill development, scheduling of facilities and court/field time.

Responsibilities also include instruction and preparation of curriculum for skill training and successful growth of all aspects of the academy.

Oversee all levels of skill development and must be well-versed in all phases of teaching specific designated sporting skills.

Possess strong administrative skills to ensure the teaching of established program objectives consistently throughout the Academy. Must be able to effectively schedule practices, workouts, clinics, camps and tournaments, and communicate effectively with parents, athletes and Sanford Sports administration.

Must be flexible to cover training hours at any time of the day, which could include weekends and holidays. Other duties as assigned.

Sanford Sports Softball Academy has a history of providing the instruction and development athletes need to help them reach their goals. Our former athletes play in all divisions of college softball, while our current athletes, 10U-18U, continue to develop and grow with our teams and training. We feature a state-of-the-art indoor training facility and 5 all-turf softball fields. Additionally, we have on-staff strength and conditioning trainers as well as a nutrition specialists to ensure we meet all of the needs of our athletes. In addition to Softball, Sanford Sports offers Baseball, Football, Volleyball, Basketball and Golf in Sioux Falls, SD and Fargo, ND. We have 20 full-time staff, feature over 200 teams with 300 additional trainers and coaches to support our athletes. Our programs teach more than athletic skills. We believe sports impart valuable lessons on healthy living, wellness, self-confidence, teamwork, leadership and more.
