Responsibilities
- Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan and implement patient care.
- Demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing expertise.
- Utilize appropriate age and population-specific standards in patient care.
- Care for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Plan and coordinate patient care, including assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
- Use equipment such as One Chart/EPIC, Omnicell, and Phillips tele monitoring/remote telemetry.
Requirements
- 1 year ICU experience is required.
- ER skills are a plus.
- An active MN state RN license is required.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required; TNCC preferred.
Schedule and Benefits
- 12 hour rotating shifts, 2 weekends on a 6 week schedule, no call requirements.
