Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care across various age groups and populations.
- Assess, plan, coordinate, and implement patient care, including education and triage.
- Utilize electronic medical records and other equipment as necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience is required; ER skills are advantageous.
- Active RN license for the state of Minnesota is necessary.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required, with TNCC preferred.
Schedule Information
The schedule consists of 12-hour rotating shifts with 2 weekends every 6 weeks, without call requirements. Opportunities for additional shifts may arise.
Additional Details
- Initial assignments may require time off from work.
- Employment status (1099 employee) needs clarification.
- Recent ICU experience within a critical access facility is necessary, with a minimum of 1 year's experience.
