Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery RN to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing individualized care and support throughout their maternity journey.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide prenatal, labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care to patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Assess and respond to patient needs, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Requirements
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
- MN state license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing.
