This position will be focused on teaching positive behaviors, pro-social skills, and elementary grade-level content within a positive learning environment that supports students with diverse behavioral needs. Behavioral training will be provided, but candidates must possess strong classroom management skills, a deep understanding of educational best practices, and a commitment to fostering academic and social-emotional growth for students with intensive behavior and social-emotional needs. Additional staff within this program will include 2 paraprofessionals and a school psychologist.
