What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paraeducator (Speech/Language) @ PPS *Employee Transfer Only position at Sanger Unified School District?
The job of Paraeducator is done for the purpose/s of supporting the educational process by performing specialized instructional support to individuals and groups of students, staff, training on special topics, and coordination of district-wide programs. This position also applies to licensed vocational professionals such as LVN, LPN, or Physical Therapy Assistant who are integrating significant paraprofessional health care services with instructional support to homebound students and students in the classroom, assisting assigned teaching personnel in the supervision, instruction, and positive support of students. SELECTION PROCESS: All employees of Sanger Unified School District holding the title of Paraeducator who request a transfer will be granted a site interview. At least three candidates must be interviewed. If there are less than three qualified transfer requests received, applicants from the Eligibility List will also be interviewed for a total of at least three candidates.
