If you enjoy building strong relationships, exceeding sales goals, and working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, this role is for you!Your Role : As an Inside Sales Representative, you will : Actively promote and sell add-on products and services to existing customers to maximize account value. Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our add-ons. Build strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and increase customer satisfaction. Proactively engage with customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to ensure ongoing communication and support. Manage a sales pipeline for add-on opportunities, accurately forecast potential revenue, and meet or exceed sales quotas. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored recommendations. Stay updated on Sangoma's product portfolio, including add-on solutions' latest features and benefits. Provide product and marketing teams feedback on customer preferences, challenges, and market trends.Your Background : We're looking for someone who has : 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or account management roles. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and persuade customers. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking customer interactions and sales activities. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and tailor solutions.
