Your Role
- Drive project planning & execution efforts by leading the end-to-end project management of the Microsoft IAM initiative, ensuring successful implementation, integration, and transition.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
- Oversee the transition from Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) to alternative authentication methods, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage the consolidation of multiple Microsoft 365 tenants, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to organizational standards.
- Lead the migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, including data migration, user training, and post-migration support.
- Oversee the implementation and management of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device management, ensuring compliance with security policies and efficient device onboarding.
- Collaborate with IT teams to streamline device management processes and enhance the user experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and key milestones.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges as they arise.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for any issues related to IAM, ADFS transition, device management, tenant consolidation, or migration activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure and identity management projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects involving Microsoft technologies, including IAM, ADFS, and tenant consolidation.
- Experience with Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft IAM (Azure AD, ADFS, MFA), Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
- Knowledge of cloud-based IT infrastructure and services (Azure, AWS).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
