We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter / HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role is integral to both recruiting top-tier talent and managing HR functions. The ideal candidate will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization while also possessing strong HR skills to support employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.
Your Role :
This role will report to the Sr. Director of HR and will have two main areas of focus. The Technical recruiter function will take upwards of 50% of the workload with the remaining time dedicated to the HR generalist duties.
Technical Recruiting :
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of technical roles across the organization.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage candidate communications, and facilitate the offer and onboarding processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and determine appropriate recruitment channels.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience by fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide interview training to hiring teams on best practices.
- Participate in job fairs and events related to recruiting.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and other HR team members.
- Recruiting may be upwards of 50% of the workload.
