License Office (DMV) Teller

Sanguinity LLC, owner and operator of the High Ridge License Office, has an outstanding reputation for fast, accurate service, friendly staff members, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for experienced customer service personnel who have a positive, team-oriented attitude and enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds.

License Office Tellers process motor vehicle and drivers license applications for walk-in customers using proprietary computer software to complete transactions. Motor Vehicle transactions include title applications and registrations, license plate renewals, watercraft decals, disability placards, and temporary permits.

Full-time positions are 35-40 hours per week. Part-time positions are 15-30 hours per week. Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Starting pay ranges from $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience. Full-time positions receive holiday pay, paid time-off, and are eligible for productivity bonuses up to $50.00 per day.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of recent experience in a customer service position involving face-to-face customer contact. Minimum high school graduate; some college preferred. Prior cashier's experience strongly preferred. Prior bank teller experience a big plus. Very comfortable using computer software. Very good oral communication skills. Good basic math skills. Ability to follow complex instructions. Good people skills, friendly, outgoing personality. Must be a team player.

** Applicants must be current on all state & federal income tax and personal property tax obligations, and all vehicles in the applicant's name must be properly registered. Applicants must submit to a state and federal criminal background check conducted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol as a condition of employment. Although Sanguinity LLC is the employer, the Missouri Department of Revenue must approve the applicant before he/she can be hired.
