Marina Dock Hand

Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa on beautiful Captiva Island is looking to hire Marina Dockhands. Successful applicants will work as a member of the marina team, assisting guests in all aspects of using the facilities.

Responsibilities

Previous boat experience is preferred but not required.

• Assist in the docking and undocking of vessels, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance on marina equipment and facilities
• Conduct inspections of docks for safety compliance
• Provide excellent customer service to boaters and visitors
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized marina environment
  
  

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
