Successful candidates will have the ability to remain calm and professional at all times in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Open Table software and basic POS knowledge a huge plus!
Job Description:
- Must enjoy interacting in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ensure the timely greeting of guests
- Answer phones in a polite and professional manner
- Accurately make reservations and take orders for take-out dining
- Work closely with front and back of house managers to direct and control the overall flow of the restaurant
- Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
- Contribute to a positive team environment
