This full-time position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the dining team to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverages to our guests.

- Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum 2 years of current service experience in food service, bartending (preferred), and general hospitality
- Serve Safe Food Handler certification (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide constructive and cordial interaction with guests
- Learn and memorize menu items and daily specials to answer related questions and make menu suggestions
- Leverage knowledge of proper wine service to enhance the guest experience
- Take orders efficiently and accurately input them into the MICROS POS system
- Ensure timely and correct delivery of food and beverages to our guests
- Follow recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
- Process payments accurately
- Complete side work as required
- Maintain clean and sanitized work stations
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Manage stock supplies
- Contribute to thorough completion and documentation of assigned opening and closing procedures
- Support set-up and breakdown of function areas as directed
- Punctuality and ability to observe regular attendance
