- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Tooling Supervisory or Management role within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop and optimize forging tooling solutions that enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Experience with Predictive Maintenance as well as Preventative Maintenance combined with supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling design, materials and manufacturing processes.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of forging tools and dies, ensuring minimal downtime for Production and maximum operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to prolong the lifespan of tooling equipment.
