Job Requirements :
- Driven individual with 5 years experience in operational leadership within a metals distribution environment.
- Proven experience in lean manufacturing as well as continuous improvement within a metals distribution and / or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and strong leadership with oversight of 45 direct and indirect employees.
- Leadership and cross-functional interaction with quality, maintenance, production, planning, and others required.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment; solid leadership experience is a requirement.
