Job Description:
As an Equipment Rental Specialist at Saniset Fleet, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking sustainable energy solutions. Your role involves understanding customer equipment needs, facilitating rentals of our electric vehicles, mobile battery storage systems, and mobile vehicle charging units, and ensuring a seamless rental experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate equipment from our range of electric vehicles, mobile battery storage systems, and mobile vehicle charging units.
- Process rental agreements and manage scheduling for equipment delivery and pickup.
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and inventory.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure proper and safe equipment usage.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field are a plus.
- Previous experience in equipment rental, sales, or customer service, preferably within the sustainable energy or electric vehicle sectors.
- Strong understanding of electric vehicles, battery storage systems, and charging infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for managing rentals and inventory.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor settings.
