Brewery Cellar and Packaging

Sanitas Brewing Company, an award winning brewery and taproom, located in Boulder, Lafyette, and Englewood, CO was established in the fall of 2013. We pride ourselves on an amazing staff, great beers, a fun and supportive work culture, and awesome fans. We are hiring a cellarperson and packaging line operator for our Boulder, Colorado location. This individual is an important member of our team and will report directly to the head brewer. This position will work extensively with both the brewhouse and packaging teams, and will perform varied cellar, packaging and brewing tasks over the course of any given day or week. This will be full-time employment, and we are looking for a candidate that is motivated to succeed and grow with us. Strong candidates will fit in with our company culture, have a strong desire to learn, and have a positive attitude.

A great candidate has the following qualifications:

- Have knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for craft beer

- Ability to work independently

- Strong written and verbal communicator

- Live within 30 mins of the brewery in Boulder

- Maintain a flexible schedule that accommodates at least a 40-hour work week with ability to occasionally work long days as necessary.

- Safely and efficiently work in a dynamic brewing space

- Record data and report variances from expected results

- Maintain our standards of cleanliness & organization

- Perform repetitive motion

- Ability to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails

We do have the following Requirements:
- Be over 21 years of age.

- Be willing and able to lift at least 55 lbs and occasionally move 165 lbs kegs

- Ability to stand and walk for hours on a hard surface

- Ability to kneel or bend to make connections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
