Position Overview: As the Regional HR Manager for the Central Region, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all human resources activities within the region. You will collaborate closely with regional leadership and the corporate HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, some weekends when needed.
2 days of the week are in office and the remaining 3 days of the week are hybrid at home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with corporate guidelines and local regulations
- Provide strategic HR guidance to regional leadership on matters including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and retention
- Manage regional recruiter and recruitment processes
- Partner with regional managers to address employee performance issues and develop appropriate action plans
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees within the region
- Lead career path program for the region
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across the Central Region
- Collaborate with the corporate HR team to roll out company-wide HR programs and initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them
- Travel to supporting locations required at least once per month and as needed basis
- Be able to work flexible hours including 3rd shift when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the Central Region
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to change
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
