Lead Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead Cleaning Supervisor, Full time, Medford, OR, Evening Shift.

Sanitech is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Lead Cleaning Supervisor. The Supervisor must possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing a high standard for cleaning and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate for this position has Supervisor experience, is detail oriented, and flexible. The schedule for this position requires working five days each week with two days off each week. These days are typically consecutive. You will be a working supervisor that will clean as well as manage the cleaning technicians assigned to your area. Although not required, the ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Requirements

· Applicants must have a good driving record, current driver's license, and auto insurance. A company vehicle will be provided for work.

Duties

· Managing Cleaning Staff.

· Train new custodial staff in proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.

· Filling in for sick employees or employees on vacation.

· Establishing standard times.

· Quality Control.

Experience

· Proven experience in Janitorial or facilities maintenance roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity.

· The ideal candidate has some project experience, including, but not limited to, hard surface floor stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, window washing, and post construction clean-up.

· Be able to lift as much as 50 pounds, plus be able to perform all activities for janitorial work, including bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching overhead, using a ladder.

· Ability to maintain a clean work environment while adhering to safety regulations with attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff, management, and external vendors.

· A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Starting wages will be $18-24/hr., depending on experience. This position is full-time. 36-40 hours per week. We pay time-and-a-half for all overtime. Please fill out our two-page application form.
