Position 1 :- PLM Program Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the PLM transformation program, acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the implementation team.
- Communicate with stakeholders, plan programs, and manage RAID
- Map business processes and design solution architecture.
- Provide functional and technical guidance to implementation teams
- Drive program scope, schedule, and deliverables.
- Collaborate and manage dependencies with internal teams and external third parties, including product vendors.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Skill Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in PLM consulting and implementation for process, formulated products, and discrete products.
- Experienced in Teamcenter PLM processes, solution mapping, configuration, and customization for process, formulated products, and discrete products.
- Hands-on experience in the PLM field as a domain consultant or subject matter expert.
- Strong functional and technical implementation knowledge of Teamcenter Raw Material and Formulation Management, Environmental Compliance, Quality Management, and Part and Change Management.
- In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter X and other related offerings from Siemens.
- Functional knowledge of Teamcenter Schedule Manager application, Security Model (Access Manager), and Organization.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Description:
Teamcenter X Solution / Application Architect
As a Solution Architect, you will provide Teamcenter X Unified product expertise, designing and deploying innovative solutions configured to meet customer requirements and deliver value. You will be pivotal from problem definition to discovery of the overall solution design, development, deployment and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Anchor the End-to-End Implementation of solution using Teamcenter X in a Process & Discrete Manufacturing Industry
- Lead the technical & functional discussions with Customer through Workshops and CRPs session and finalize the Implementation and Integration strategies
- Writing functional and technical specifications meticulously and get the Customer acceptance.
- Design and Architect solution by mapping the current customer business process with PLM capabilities and features.
- Define and Lead the Technical specification and design and modelling tasks in Teamcenter X platform
- Install, configure and customize Siemens s Teamcenter core PLM application and various modules.
- Implement customer s requirements in terms of CAD and engineering data management, CAE data management, workflow process, security policy, reporting capabilities, etc.
- Providing technical guidance to the Development and Testing teams.
- Develop integration with other applications, migrate legacy data.
- Provide technical support be the main point of contact with customer.
- Train the Trainers during the UAT in collaboration with Customer
- Stay up-to-date on the latest PLM advancements.
Technical Skill Requirement
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM Solution mapping / implementation, configuration and customization in Process & Discrete Manufacturing Industry
- Hands-on experience in PLM field as solution Architect/Tech lead/Architect/Subject Matter Expert.
- Should have strong functional and technical implementation knowledge of Teamcenter Raw Material and Formulation management, Env. Compliance, Quality Mgmt, Part and Change Mgmt.
- In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter Architecture and Data model
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C , .NET, or JavaScript for customization of Teamcenter functionalities and developing custom applications.
- Proficient in developing customizations and extensions using Teamcenter ITK and integrating Custom SOAs with Teamcenter Active Workspace.
- Understanding and practical experience in utilizing the concepts of Teamcenter SOA Service and Dispatcher.
- Ability to modify and extend Teamcenter out-of-the-box functionality using customization tools and techniques provided by Siemens PLM. This may include creating custom workflows, UI customizations, data model modifications, etc.
- Expert in Teamcenter BMIDE and ITK development, AWC, Customization, Integration T4S/T4EA , CAD integrations, BOMs
- Well versed in Teamcenter Java SOA APIs, Server-side customization and Reporting Module
- Functional knowledge of Teamcenter Schedule Manager application, Security Model (Access manager), Organization
