Computer Systems Support
- Daily audit of production computer workstations and function.
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of computer workstations as per established checklist.
- Co-ordination of computer maintenance.
- Communicate with IT department as needed.
- Organization and stock management of IT related inventories, including printer supplies.

Record keeping and communication.
- Production scheduling. This role will schedule jobs for the 8-week forecast period and keep the dispatch updated. Will also set the planning board according to requirements and resources.
- Make mold packets and work with Materials department to ensure packaging and materials are available before scheduling the mold change.
- Ensure mold changes are ready for start-up by completing Job Verification Sheet at each mold change.
- Support Production Management with the review and filing of production records needed for product quality traceability and support visual management and communication board updates.

Other Responsibilities
- Overtime Coordination as directed by the Production Manager
- Cycle Counting to support accurate inventories.
- Ensure mold changes are taking place as assigned and communicating with Production Manager any deviations from schedule.
- Work with PQL’s and Quality department for any immediate needs.
- Other assignments as designated by the Production Manager
- Enter work orders as needed.
- Work with PQL’s to assign resources as needed, based off of customer requirements.
- Maintain production supplies and communicate any shortages.
