POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for preparing service shipments for all customers. This includes gathering the necessary packaging materials/parts and then packaging them according to customer requirements and presenting the completed load to staging area.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Employees will be trained to all applicable company standards as identified on the company training matrix TR-401
- Responsible for picking, packaging, and staging all Customer Service requirements
- Must manage time efficiently and work with production to support customer service requirements with on time shipping.
- Responsible for coordinating with the New Model Team on service packaging for all new products.
- This person will be a member of the Production Requirements Planning group
- Organization and cleanliness of the corrugated packaging materials area.
- Stage, label and ensure quality check of all assigned service shipments in an accurate and neat manner.
- Comply with all quality requirements concerning shipments.
- Maintain the service supplies and designated service prep area in a neat and orderly condition at all times.
- Communicate with Customer regarding the service requirements.
- Maintain storage areas outside.
- Always observe safe work practices.
- Other duties as assigned by the Shipping Customer Service Manager

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Competency
- Must pass forklift training and obtain a forklift operating license- Inhouse certification will be provided.
- 1 year experience working in a shipping/ warehouse setting desired but not required.
- Office 365 experience desired but not required.
