Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Provide individualized support to students, including tutoring as needed.

- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience in classroom teaching or childcare settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with childhood development theories and practices is essential.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, behavior management, and tutoring are highly desirable.
- Experience with Shurley English methods or similar educational philosophies is advantageous.
