What's the Short Version?
The Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that unify messaging across all channels. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with members of the marketing department including project management, creative, digital and analytics as well as external partners to ensure consistency and alignment of marketing efforts.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Ongoing coordination of Integrated Marketing projects and initiatives.
- Create recaps, summaries, and debriefs of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze data from past campaigns to build communications to inform leadership to guide future campaigns.
- Assist in updating the marketing calendar to outline upcoming projects and initiatives.
- Review incoming/outgoing correspondence; initiate replies as appropriate; route matters requiring action by staff or other organizations and follow up to ensure actions completed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs across the organization and drive effective, scalable initiatives.
- Ensure alignment and drive process improvements and operational consistency across the company.
- Stay current on industry trends to activate on cutting edge ideas that will deliver measurable results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
What Are We Looking For?
- 1-3 years of Product Marketing experience.
- A high proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Demonstrated high degree of professionalism and trust in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are required along with tact, poise and excellent people skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented person with the ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and data and concentrate on routine work details.
- Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to change in work environment.
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage projects.
- Good judgment; problem solving skills; takes initiative.
- Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work well independently.
What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $21.39 - $27.90 on an hourly basis, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 5% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?
Hybrid: SanMar's Eastpointe office is located in Issaquah, WA in the Seattle metropolitan area. Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs. Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions. Quarterly travel may be required.
