What's the Short Version?
The Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement bridges the gap between marketing and sales by developing and managing impactful sales materials and tools, ensuring the sales team has the necessary information and resources to effectively engage with customers, while also aligning marketing strategies and sales objectives.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Identify and facilitate development of high-quality sales content, materials and tools that meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to align sales content with overall marketing messaging and brand guidelines.
- Partner with key marketing stakeholders across product, tradeshow and brand to gather information and ensure marketing materials and messaging align with business priorities.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align on marketing priorities that deliver on business objectives.
- Partner with sales training team to collaborate on sales communication and customer-facing materials.
- Analyze data to identify gaps and areas for improvement, track key sales metrics to ensure success.
- Gather marketing campaign data, evaluating the impact, and report the results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of direct marketing experience, sales enablement, or related marketing experience.
- Experience in B2B, apparel, or enterprise level businesses.
- In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
- Success working in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects and cross-functional partners.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities and can earn the trust of key stakeholders.
- Detail oriented with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $100,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?
Hybrid: SanMar's Eastpointe office is located in Issaquah, WA in the Seattle metropolitan area. Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs. Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions. Quarterly travel may be required.
