What's the Short Version?
The Customer Support II assists customers with the online marketing tools and solves moderately complex technical problems with computer applications and systems.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Assist internal and external customers with our online ordering and use the web tools to a successful conclusion.
  • Teach customers how to use our online tools.
  • Assist customers in identifying technical problems by actively listening and problem solving.
  • Advise IT and Marketing about issues with websites/marketing tools.
  • Produce flyers, create moderate to advanced web sites, pricelists, and mini catalogs for the internal and external customer.
  • Analyze systems and implements change for improvement as directed.
  • Report and log technical problems and customer feedback to IT, supervisor and appropriate departments.

What Are We Looking For?
  • Associate's Degree Preferred.
  • Graphic programs experience (photoshop, illustrator) is preferred.
  • Familiar knowledge of multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac).
  • High level of competency using a computer.
  • Browser knowledge for operating systems including Internet Explorer, Chrome, Fire Fox and Safari.
  • Must be able to identify and troubleshoot problems with online ordering, marketing tools, and customer computer settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent at multi-tasking.
  • HTML code knowledge is desired.
  • Demonstrates high standards in customer service.
  • Must have the desire and patience to work with and instruct others.
  • Models behavior that supports the company purpose and values.
  • Must have a strong attendance.
  • Must be a strong team player.

What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $24.04 - $31.25 on an hourly basis, depending on experience.

Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to $2,000.

Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 7 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?
Hybrid: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions.

SanMar's Eastpointe office is located near Seattle, WA and our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Quarterly travel may be required.
